Not 1, not 2, not even 3, there are going to be 7 incredible paranormal stories about the reapers and the underworld. Michelle Gross has written a unique twist to the entities known as the ‘Reapers’ and what their jobs actually are. I truly enjoyed this book and loved the cocky ego of the sleepy reaper Sebastian and the playful banter between him and his siblings. Bewitching Sloth is action packed, sexy, hot and fun. I can’t wait for the next bookJackal’s Pride. Bewitching Sloth is worth all 5 stars.
Sebastian Reaper is one of seven siblings of Grim- the Grim Reaper. He along with his siblings were cursed as children by the devil with the seven sins and now Sebastian falls unexpectedly to sleep for unknown periods of time. When the touch of a witch wakes Sebastian it surprises both him and the witch. Isabella Wen has also been cursed, if she touches anyone that is not human they will die. When she stumbles upon the sleeping reaper and her darkness calls for her touch him and he wakes she is scared and tries to run. Sebastian is determined that he and Isabella are going to be friends and once he see that she is running from someone other than him he makes it his mission to keep the beautiful witch safe and with him always. As with most missions there are big obstacles and it’s going to take the whole Reaper family to save this one little witch.
Michelle is from a small town in Eastern Kentucky where opossums try to blend in with the cats on the porch and bears are likely to chase your pets—this is very true, it happened with her sister’s dog. Despite the extra needed protection for your pets, she loves the mountains she calls home. She has a man and twin girls who are the light of her life and the reason she’s slightly crazy.
As a kid, she was that cousin, that friend, that sister and daughter, the talker who could spin a tale and make-believe into any little thing so it was no surprise when she found love in reading, and figured all these characters inside her head needed an outlet. They wanted to be heard, so she wrote.
The voices keep growing faster than she gets the time to write.
The stories are never going to end. That’s perfectly okay, though. We never want to stop an adventure.
