Holy Twisted Mind F*%^ Batman! Lachlan’s Protégé is a dark, twisted romance that will tie you up in knots. From inside the mind of a serial killer comes his idea of revenge and something he didn’t count on ‘love’. I loved this story and the complexity of the characters. They were not shallow and had depth beyond what I was expecting. If you are wanting a good suspense novel to read I highly recommend Lachlan’s Protégé, it is a 5-star read.
Valencia Moore is the ideal woman. She is a beautiful prima ballerina, and everyone adores the perfect angel, or so she thinks. When Valencia starts receiving dark notes delivered to her after her performances she assumes it is just a prank…but who would want to write such threating things to her? The monster wants the angel and wants to taint her very soul, but who is this monster and why her? What has she ever done except go out of her way to please everyone, even if it wasn’t what she wanted? The monster is coming, and Valencia can only pray that she survives.

V.F.Mason always loved reading books and had quite a few fights with her momma over the genre she liked (romance, duh!) She studied filmmaking and thought that would feed her desire for stories, but that didn't happen.
Finally, when she was tired of all those voices in her head, she sat down and wrote a book. It was a huge decision to make and she thanks her friends and family for supporting her in it.When she is not writing, she can be found with her friends doing all sorts of crazy things or reading recent romance books that were written by her favorite authors.
