Griffin
I’ve been living in the darkness for so long, I’ve forgotten what the light feels like.
Secrecy has kept me alive, because the amount of people who want me dead? Let's just say it's a long list. When my identity gets into the wrong hands, the person I hold most dear in the world is thrown into danger. Shedding my darkness and rescuing Hadley from my enemies is an easy choice to make.
If only I didn’t have to rescue her from herself, as well.
Hadley
My guardian angel—the boy I almost fell in love with—disappeared five years ago.
When he returns, hunting men who want to use me against him, my relief is overshadowed by doubt. I’ve been holding onto my own secrets for far too long, and learning to trust Griffin again doesn’t come easily. He wants to sweep me away to Europe, where I always dreamed of going, to keep me safe.
If only my dream wasn’t about to turn into a nightmare.

I latched onto Griffin's character in Blood Skye. His personality intrigued me. I was so glad this was his story!!
Griffin has been Hadley's guardian since childhood. He always has to leave in order to protect her from his dark side. There has been a magnetic connection between them for years.
When Hadley is kidnapped Griffin is there seeking his revenge.
Griffin has dark secrets of his past that he is forced to slowly reveal to Hadley.
Hadley has a deadly secret that could kill her. She's stronger than she realizes.
Griffin and his team of mercenaries may not see each other often or see eye to eye on things but if there's trouble they know they can depend on each other for help. Loved the banter!
Action packed drama, mystery, suspense, betrayal and steamy scenes keep you intrigued!
And that ending...wow!!
