This is my first book by Hazel Grace, she just got herself a new a fan! It was such an interesting spin on the decades old tale of the little mermaid!
It was dark and sexy my two favorite things to read about in a book! 

Davina is a siren and just like the telling she wants more than she has. A man (Dagen) comes ashore with not so pure motives things change for the both of them but do they change for the good or the bad? Will Davina find what she's looking for? Will Dagen gert what he's after or will he fall for the siren's charms?


I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to see what this author conjures up next!

Dagen set sail for the high seas, at his father's request, in search of a special trinket. His mistake was landing on the mermaid's private island. Now he is being held prisoner by the alluring but vicious mermaids.

Davina has no voice which she uses to her advantage while interrogating Dagen. She must find out how he got past the veil that covers the island and what his real intentions are.

Will Davina capture Dagen's heart before he finds the trinket? Or will he meet his death by Lord Triton?
