Stealing Cinderella is a delicious dark and twisted retelling of Cinderella that you will want to sink your teeth into.
Ella has sent many letters to the prince requesting help in order to save the animal sanctuary in which she volunteers at. Never a reply.
Ella attends the masked ball at the palace in hopes to speak to the prince face to face. She discovers that there is more than one masked prince. Taking her chances Ella approaches the one she believes is the prince in question. Little does she know that the prince she chose will turn her world upside down.

I wasn't sure how this book was going to be going in only because how many times can you do a retelling of classic story and it still be good? I was totally wrong about this book it had parts of all the Cinderella's that have ever been made but the author brought a whole new level.if the classic story to life! I'm hoping that she'll decide to give Calder his own book! I'd love to see what his story is!
Ella has lost her father and has been left to the care of her Stepmother and for some reason her stepmother and step sister's hate her. Ella takes the abuse from them because she feels that she deserves it from the way her father died. Ella learns of a masked ball and thinks that it will be her chance to talk to the prince about her beloved sanctuary for animals. But like all the Cinderella story's her sister finds out and destroys her gown. Heartbroken with not being able to go her best friend comes to the rescue. When she arrives at the ball and gets to talk to the prince she quickly learns that he isn't the prince that she wanted to speak to.
Thortean is the most hated prince by the press and he let's them think that so he will be left alone. There are things that he's kept hidden from everyone that's in his life but the one person that he can't hide anything from is his twin brother Calder.
