I had always wondered about Brad and Daphine's story and we finally got it! We find out how they meet when they fell in love and find out how Brad became involved with the things he so desperately wanted to protect his children from.

Brad is in his last year of college and is currently on and off status with Wendy but what he didn't expect was to meet Dauphine. Suddenly he doesn't have a care in the world but there's things he needs to deal with before he and Daphine can even be together. The main one is Wendy. Will Wendy let Brad go without a fight or will she make his life difficult?

Daphine is starting her freshman year of college and she is so excited to be starting a new chapter in her life after missing her whole junior year of school. There's things she remembers but so much of it is a big blank and she feels like going to college and making new friends is what she needs. Daphine meets Brad and feels an instant connection with him but she's scared if she gets involved with him and once he finds out she spent an entire year in a mental hospital he'll runaway and never look back.
I know I say this all the time but I cant get enough of the Steel book! They have a little bit of everything in it and just enough to have you coming back to find out what happens next! I can't wait for Legacy to come out so I can find out the rest of the story!
