It’s finally here!  Logan Cane gets his own story.  Baby Cane is all grown up and in the latest book by Charlotte Hart and Rachel De Lune, Tortured Eyes, we get to read all about the lonely tormented soul known as Logan Cane.  Oh My God! Is this man in need of a good a*$ whipping and then a big hug! Hart and De Lune are an incredible writing duo and their books are phenomenal.  Lots of angst and drama, lots of violence and sex and all with some incredible twists and turns.  5-stars for another great Cane novel Tortured Eyes by Charlotte Hart and Rachel De Lune.

Bryce McCarthy has vowed to complete what her father didn’t get to finish while on the force.  She is going to single handedly take down the Cane Empire and her ticket in is Logan Cane.  Logan Cane is the black sheep of the family at least in his own Tortured Eyes.  When tragedy strikes close to home, Logan seeks revenge on those, he feels are responsible and he’s willing to start with the smart mouth, red head that he can’t help but be attracted to.  Is it even worth Logan’s efforts to show Bryce that even though he is a criminal his methods actual help keep the streets of Chicago safer?  Can something good ever come from something so bad?  Logan and Bryce are forced together, and the physical attraction eventually becomes more but can such a tortured criminal really know how to love?
